I have been going to sessions with Christy for over a year now and I must say it has been life changing.

We started organising weekly sessions when I needed them the most. It was refreshing to have a therapist show that they understand what I am going through and that I have the power to take back control over my life.

The sessions are dynamic and will challenge your comfort zone and thought process in an effort to get to the root of the problems being faced. The use of psychological theory and explaining said concepts added a lot of value in being able to understand how to tackle problems and grow from the knowledge earned.

I consider myself quite a self aware person but being made mindful of deep rooted biases that might impact my judgement was a well needed wake up call that other previous therapists seemed to miss.

Safe to say that within the vulnerability that comes with therapy, I have never felt more welcomed to be my true self and empowered to be my best self in my day to day life.
